MICROWAVE POTATO SALAD 
Prep 20 Min. + Chilling/Microwave 18 Min.

7 c. (2 1/2 lbs.) cubed red potatoes
1/3 c. cold water
3/4 c. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. (3 oz.) 100% Natural Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3/4 c. (3 oz.) 100% Natural Kraft Shredded Swiss Cheese
1/2 c. green onion slices
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 tsp. each: salt, pepper

Place potatoes and water in 3 quart casserole; cover.

Microwave on HIGH 16 to 18 minutes or until tender, stirring after 9 minutes. Drain.

Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill. 7 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
