MICROWAVE APPETIZER POTATO
SHELLS
 
Bake potatoes in the microwave, scoop out centers leaving a thin shell of potato. Fill shells with a combination of grated cheese and crumbled, cooked bacon. Microwave on high until cheese is melted. Garnish with sour cream and green onions.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
