TUNA - NOODLE CASSEROLE 
3 c. dried noodles
1 (6 oz.) can tuna
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. celery
1/3 c. onion
1/4 c. green pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese (any)

Combine cooked noodles, tuna, mayonnaise, vegetables, and salt. Blend soup and milk; cook over medium heat. Add any kind of cheese. Pour over noodles in ungreased casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
