MIKE'S TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
6 oz. med. noodles
1 can (6 1/2 or 7 1/4 oz.) tuna
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. celery, sliced
1/2 med. onion
1/4 c. pimento, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom OR potato
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sharp cheese

Cook noodles in boiling water. Combine noodles and drained tuna, mayonnaise, vegetables and salt. Blend soup and milk to heat through. Add cheese. Heat and stir until cheese melts. Add to noodle mixture and turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
