SESAME SEED DRESSING 
3 tbsp. white sesame seeds, toasted
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. dashi stock

Toast sesame seeds lightly in small frying pan with cover. Grind sesame seed until smooth. Combine sesame seeds, soy sauce, sugar and dashi stock and stir well until sugar is dissolved. To serve, boil spinach, squeeze liquid and cut. Mix with dressing thoroughly.
