SESAME COOKIES 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. butter
2 egg substitutes, lightly beaten
1 tbsp. low-fat milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 tbsp. sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.

In a separate bowl cream sugar and butter. While mixing, add beaten egg substitutes, milk and vanilla to sugar-butter mixture. Gradually stir in dry ingredients.
