ORANGE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1 c. seedless green grapes
1 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. orange juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sliced almonds

Combine chicken, fruits, and celery. Mix orange juice and mayonnaise together. Toss with chicken mixture and almonds just before serving.
