PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
20 oz. can pineapple chunks
3 tbsp. all - purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs

Drain pineapple reserving 3 tablespoons juice. Add sugar, flour and cheese to pineapple; stir well. Combine butter and crumbs; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 30 minutes. Great with ham, chicken or pork.
