CHINATOWN CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1 pkg. Fried Rice-A-Roni
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. water
1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
1/4 tsp. soy sauce

Brown 4 pork chops for 15 minutes. (Set aside.) Brown 1 package Fried Rice-A-Roni with 2 tablespoons butter. Stir in 2 cups of hot water, 1 can of mushrooms and contents of vegetable seasoning found in Rice-A-Roni. Place browned chops on top. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce. Cover, bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

This is a family favorite.
