CHOP SUEY 
2 lbs. pork (cubed)
4-6 onions (chopped up)
Soy sauce
2-3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. can chop suey vegetables

Flour and brown down pork and onions. Add soup and 6-7 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 large can chop suey vegetables. Let simmer slowly for 1 to 2 hours before serving. Serve over Show-You noodles or mashed potatoes.
