STRAWBERRY SALAD 
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (10-12 oz.) box frozen strawberries, thawed
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 c. boiling water

Variation: Use strawberry-banana Jello.

Empty Jello into blender. Add boiling water to Jello. Then mix in blender until dissolved. Break cream cheese into small pieces, place into blender with Jello, mix again. Add thawed strawberries to mixture; blend. Mix whipped cream into blender and mix everything thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a large serving bowl, individual dessert dishes or a ring mold. The salad will be a medium pink color if everything is mixed together well. Chill in refrigerator about 3 hours. Garnish with a bit of whipped cream and a few strawberries.
