PUMPKIN BARS 
4 eggs
1 2/3 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until fluffy. Add dry ingredients and mix well (4 minutes at medium speed). Pour into ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Cream first 3 ingredients, add powdered sugar a little at a time. Mix until smooth. Spread on cooled cake and cut in bars.
