PUMPKIN BARS 
4 eggs
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix eggs, pumpkin, oil and sugar. Add all dry ingredients, then nuts. Pour into greased sheet cake pan or 2 (9 x 13) pans. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
Little milk if needed

Soften cheese and butter. Mix all together and frost bars.
