SUGARLESS PUMPKIN BARS 
1 can pumpkin
4 eggs (egg Beaters can be substituted)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. low fat powdered milk
1 c. flour
1/2 c. raisins (opt.)
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. Sugar Twin
1 c. grated carrots

Put dry ingredients in large mixer bowl. Add pumpkin, carrots, eggs and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool. Cut into 48 squares.
