1 lb. butter (softened)
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. sm. curd cottage cheese

Mix butter and flour as for pastry crust. Whip together remaining ingredients. Add to flour mixture. Refrigerate. Roll 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick, cut with large heart cutter. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes until golden. Ice with pastry glaze.
