Duncan Hines yellow supreme cake mix
2 lb. ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla well. Mix cake as on package. Pour batter in greased 9 x 13 inch long pan. Spread cheese mix over cake leaving edge. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan.

For Topping cover with canned pie filling of your choice!
