Lemon cake mix, mix as directed on box & put into 9 x 13 inch pan
2 lbs. ricotta cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and pour on top of cake mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
