SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 egg
1/2 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tbsp. salt (scant)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. allspice (scant)
3/4 c. milk
2 slices dry bread
1 can mushroom soup

Mix together and form into meatballs, brown. Then mix mushroom soup in pan drippings to make a large amount of gravy. Pour over meatballs. Bake slow 1 hour.

Good over rice or mashed potatoes.
