Raw baking potatoes
Lowery's seasoned salt to taste
Yellow onion, sliced
Butter

Cut wedge out of potatoes. Layer onion, butter and salt. Return wedge to potatoes. Wrap individually in foil. Bake at 350 degrees or place in hot coals for approximately 1 hour. Serve hot.
