ITALIAN STYLE BLUEFISH 
2 med. fillets
1 onion
1 green pepper
Butter
Garlic salt
Pepper
Paprika
1 can tomato sauce or Ragu

Place padding of butter in broiling pan. Place fish fillets directly on top of butter, skin side facing up. Pour 2 strips of tomato sauce on top of each fish fillet. Top both fillets off with onion rings and green pepper rings. Sprinkle to taste with garlic salt, pepper and paprika.

Bake at 300 to 350 degrees until done. Fish is cooked all of the way through when the meat at the thickest part starts to fall apart.
