CHICKEN PIE | |
chicken (several pieces) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour 1 1/2 c. milk black pepper Boil several pieces of chicken, debone it and layer it in bottom of 13 x 10-inch casserole dish. Pour a can of cream of chicken soup over the chicken. Pour some of the broth that the chicken was boiled in over the soup. Mix up 1 1/2 cups of self-rising flour and 1 1/2 cups of milk and pour over the ingredients in the casserole dish. Sprinkle with black pepper. Save some of the broth back to pour over the pie as it begins to bake. Bake in 350°F oven for 30 to 45 minutes. |
