SWISS GREEN BEANS 
2 (1 lb.) cans French style green beans
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/4 lb. grated Swiss cheese
1 to 1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 tbsp. melted butter

Drain green beans. Melt butter and add flour, salt, pepper, sour cream and grated onion. Fold beans into above mixture. Spread in a 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle top with Swiss cheese.

Combine melted butter and corn flakes and top with this mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
