SWISS GREEN BEANS 
2 bags frozen green beans, French cut
Sliced almonds
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated onion
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
8 oz. sour cream

Cook green beans and drain. Mix butter, sugar, flour, onion and salt. Cook over medium heat. Add sour cream and 3/4 of Swiss cheese. Spread green beans over bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour sauce over beans. Sprinkle rest of cheese. Sprinkle almonds over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serves 6-8.
