SWISS GREEN BEANS 
A:
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. sugar

B:
1/2 c. grated onion
1 c. sour cream

C:
4 c. drained green beans

D:
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese

Mix butter, flour, salt, pepper, and sugar in small saucepan over a low flame. Add onion. Remove from heat. Cool; add sour cream. Mix this with the green beans and Swiss cheese. Put this in a greased casserole and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
