HOT CLAM APPETIZER 
1 stick butter
2 cans minced clams (tuna size)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 roll Ritz crackers
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1 tbsp. parsley
Oregano and lemon to taste

Melt butter in a medium size corning ware dish. Add clams, drained. Crush Ritz crackers and add to clam mixture. Add garlic, onion, parsley, oregano and lemon. Mix well. Pack down into casserole (or shells) dish. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve on Ritz crackers.
