HOT COLD CUT APPETIZER 
2 pkg. crescent roll dough
1/2 lb. thin sliced boiled ham
1/2 lb. thin sliced salami
1/2 lb. thin sliced provolone cheese
2 sm. jars roasted peppers (can substitute thinly sliced tomatoes)
6 eggs mixed with 1/2 c. grated cheese

Unroll one package of the crescent roll dough and put into a 13 x 9 pan. Press into edge of pan and seal the perforations. Pour half of the egg mixture over the dough. Layer the ham, salami and cheese, then peppers. Pour the rest of the egg mixture over that and cover with the crescent roll dough. Seal as best as possible. Brush a beaten egg on top of dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until browned. Cool slightly before cutting and serve warm.
