CREAM PUFFS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. boiling water
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs

Bring shortening and water to boiling in a saucepan. Mix well flour and salt to boiling water. The mixture will come away from sides of the pan. Remove from fire and cool a little. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.

Drop mixture from tablespoon about 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat to 325 degrees for 20 minutes.

FILLING FOR CREAM PUFF:

1 1/4 c. milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Whip 1 cup cream stiff. Mix with pudding.
