2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease round pan, 9 x 1 1/2". Prepare Streusel topping (below); reserve.

Mix all remaining ingredients, beat 30 seconds. Spread in pan; sprinkle with streusel topping.

Bake 18-22 minutes at 375°F or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Makes 8 servings.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/3 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons firm butter

Mix all ingredients together until crumbly.
