WALDORF CRANBERRY 
1 pt. (2 c. cranberry juice cocktail)
1 1/2 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped unpared apples
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. broken walnuts

Heat 1 cup of the juice, just to boiling point. Dissolve gelatin in hot juice. Add remaining juice and salt. Chill until partially set. Stir in apples, celery and nuts. Chill firmly. Unmold, chop apples and celery by hand.
