GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 green pepper
1 onion, chopped (good size)
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
2 cans tomato soup
Salt, pepper, garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. baby noodles, uncooked
1 (1 lb.) can white cream corn
Grated cheese

Brown ground beef, green pepper, and onion together. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, and tomato soup. Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste. Simmer 10 minutes and add baby noodles. Stir and simmer 10 minutes. Add the can of white cream corn.

Place mixture in a 3 quart casserole. Top with grated cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. This serves 12.
