MOM'S FAVORITE CHICKEN RECIPE 
2 lbs. chicken cutlets
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. sour cream
4 oz. white cooking sherry
8 oz. can mushrooms

Mix soup, sour cream and sherry; add mushrooms and pour over top of chicken cutlets. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
