SMOKED SALMON SPREAD | |
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained & flaked 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Neufchatel cheese, softened 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. grated onion 2 tsp. prepared horseradish 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke 3 drops hot sauce 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley Combine first seven ingredients; stir well. Spoon into serving bowl; cover and chill several hours or overnight. Sprinkle with parsley just before serving. Serve with melba rounds. Yield: 2 cups. 38 calories per tablespoon. |
