SMOKED SALMON SPREAD 
1 can salmon
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1/8 tsp. salt
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1/3 c. chopped nuts
3 tbsp. minced parsley
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese

Drain and flake fish. Blend everything thoroughly (but nuts and parsley). Chill several hours. Shape salmon mixture into a ball or fish shape. Roll in nut mixture. Chill. Serve as a spread with crisp crackers.
