SMOKED SALMON AND CRAB SPREAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. can red salmon
1 sm. can crab meat
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. slivered almonds or pecans

Drain and flake salmon and crab. Remove any bones and skin.

Combine all ingredients except nuts. Sprinkle nuts on top. Chill several hours. Serve with crackers. This freezes very well.
