KAREN'S BEST EVER BURGERS | |
1 lb. extra lean ground beef 1 small onion or shallot, minced 1 tsp. steak seasoning salt 2 or 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 to 1/2 cup shredded cheese (your choice) black pepper, to taste hamburger buns Mix entire ingredients together, DO NOT over mix (meat will become dry). Form into patties, slightly bigger than the buns. Grill! When burgers are done (to your preference), move to side, butter buns and grill just to toast. Add anything else you want. Enjoy!
