ORANGE BARS 
1 lb. box brown sugar
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped unpeeled orange chunks, slightly dredged in flour
1 c. chopped pecans

ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar
Orange juice to make drizzling consistency
Orange peel

Combine brown sugar and eggs and mix well. Add flour, orange chunks and pecans. Mix well. Bake in a shallow pan (cookie sheet with sides), lined in wax paper and buttered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Ice while hot. Makes about 4 dozen 1 1/2 inch bars.
