NO COOK DATE RELISH 
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. finely chopped Sun Giant dates
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Combine pickle relish, brown sugar, catsup, mustard and salt. Blend well. Add dates and pineapple. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours. Serve with meats, poultry or fish. Makes about 2 cups.
