NO PEAK CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. round steak
2 cans chicken broth
1 can mushroom soup
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
Can use red wine in place of broth.

Cut round steak into bite sized pieces. Cook in microwave until done. 6 to 9 minutes. Stir every 3 minutes.

Mix soups and broth or wine together. Add meat. Cook in pan in oven at 250 degrees for 2 to 3 hours, or cook on low in crock pot all day.

Serve over wide egg noodles.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
