NO PEAK PORK 
1/2 stick butter
1 c. rice
6 pork chops
1 envelope dry onion soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 c. water

Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Pour uncooked rice over butter. Put meat on rice. Sprinkle onion soup mix on meat and rice. Mix celery soup and water together, then pour over other ingredients. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours.

Don't peak until done. Chicken may be substituted for pork. Mushroom soup may be substituted for celery soup.
