LEMON CHESS PIE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. corn meal
Juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter

Barely mix sugar, flour and cornmeal with eggs. Add juice and grated rind of lemon and salt. Add butter last. Bake pastry slightly before adding mixture. Bake in 325 degree oven 30 to 40 minutes.
