PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients (except last 3) and shape into balls. Place in ungreased baking dish. Mix together last 3 ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake 45 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees.
