PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can cond. tomato soup
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. pre-cooked rice
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. green peppers
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 soup can water
1 tsp. sugar

Mix 1/4 cup soup with beef, rice, egg, onion, green pepper, salt and Italian seasoning. Shape into meatballs. Blend remaining soup, water and sugar in 10- inch skillet. Place meatballs in sauce. Cover; simmer for 20 minutes or until done. Stir now and then. Makes a serving for 4.
