PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1/4 c. tomato soup
1 egg
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. uncooked instant rice
1/4 c. onion
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt

Mix well and shape into small balls. Brown in oil in fry pan. Blend in remainder of can of soup and 1 cup water. Simmer 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 6.
