PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green peppers, if desired
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
2 cans tomato soup
2 soup cans water

Mix everything together except soup and water. Make into balls at 2 inches in diameter. Place into baking dish, pour soup and water over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
