PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. uncooked rice
2/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. minced onion or 1 med. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine and mix well. Roll into small balls. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. 3/4 c. water Sliced peppers, optional

Pour over meat and garnish with peppers. Cover and bake 2 to 3 hours at 350 degrees.
