PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire

Mix together first 8 ingredients. Shape into balls and brown in 2 tablespoons shortening. Drain off fat. Stir together tomato sauce, water and Worcestershire sauce and pour over meatballs. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 45 minutes.
