PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef or 1/2 ground turkey & 1/2 ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup (regular or less salt type)
1 egg
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. water

Mix meat, rice, onion, egg and dry seasonings with 1/4 can of tomato soup. Form into meatballs and place in 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Mix remaining soup, tomato sauce, 1 cup water and Worcestershire sauce together and pour over meatballs. Cover with aluminum foil; bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Serves 6-8.
