BEEF 'N BEAN SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 can (1 lb.) pork and beans

Cook meat and onion until meat loses its red color. Add remaining ingredients except beans. Cover; simmer 20 minutes. Add undrained beans, continue simmering 10 minutes. Serve with rolls or crackers.
