TEA CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. seedless raisins
1/2 c. walnuts

Place all dry ingredients in mixing bowl and make a well in center. Add all other ingredients. Stir carefully just enough to moisten. Bake in 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 in. loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool before slicing.
