MUSHROOM-ZUCCHINI SALAD | |
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced (2 1/2 c.) 1 med. zucchini or cucumber, thinly sliced 1 med. tomato, chopped 1/4 c. sliced green onion 2 tbsp. salad oil 2 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ground pepper 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram, crushed In salad bowl, combine mushrooms, zucchini, tomato, and green onion. In a screwtop jar, combine remaining ingredients. Cover. Shake well; toss dressing with vegetables. Cover and chill 4 hours. Makes 6 servings. |
